All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing, but we are not responsible for typographical errors.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you in such cases.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on opened bottles.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at support@novaluxfinds.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For Zelle/Cash App/Venmo orders that have not yet been paid, cancellations can be requested at any time before payment is received.
